Answering all of your gift box questions

Can I include a personal message with my gift hamper?

Absolutely we’d love to help you add a personal touch to your gift.  It’s all included in the service so just add your personal message in the message box before you add your hamper to the cart and we will hand write your message on a gift card.

 

Can you create a gift hamper that is unique for me?
Certainly, we will work with you to make a personalised hamper, just contact us at info@waihekehamperco.co.nz  Please allow more time for tailormade gift hampers to be created.


What are your payment options?
We accept payment through the use of Stripe and credit/debit cards and afterpay. If you have any problems with the payment or if you are unable to pay online, please get in touch.

What if I wish to order a few hampers at a time? 

You can order more than 1 hamper at a time if they are going to the same shipping area (i.e Auckland & Waiheke Free) If the shipping areas are all different they would need to be ordered separately.

How safe is it to use my credit/debit card details on your website?

Completely safe.  We use Stripe and Wix Stores checkout as our payment gateway. Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safer when you pay with Stripe. Plus, your financial information is never shared. We never see or store your credit card details when you place an order with us. Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TSL encryption.   TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

Can I specify a date for delivery?
While we will do all that we can to ensure your gift hamper arrives on time, we do not guarantee arrival on an exact date. Our delivery time frames are a guide and not a guaranteed service. 

 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes except for our Waiheke Island deliveries. As soon as the courier collects your gift hamper, we automatically send an email with your tracking number to the email address you supply. If for some reason you don't receive it, please get in touch by emailing info@waihekehamperco.co.nz

 

Do you do international delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery, but we can deliver it to your New Zealand address so that you can organise international postage.

 

I have left it a bit late to send a gift hamper, can you help me?

Please contact us on 027 885 1382 and we will do everything we can to help.

My hamper is a gift, can you make sure there is no receipt or invoice inside?
No problem, we never send out invoices with a gift hamper, it is all done through email.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our goods, unfortunately we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases. However, if you have any concerns regarding your gift hamper please email us at info@waihekehamperco.co.nz. We work hard to ensure all our hampers are of the highest quality.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?
We make no guarantees that once a gift hamper order has been placed and paid for, an order can be amended or cancelled. If you wish to amend or cancel an order you must notify us by phone on 027 885 1382 as soon as possible and provided the order has not already been created we will try to amend or cancel it. Similarly, once dispatched we are unable to stop delivery or cancel the order.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your gift arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible on 027 885 1382 or email us at info@waihekehamperco.co.nz and we will we will do everything that we can to resolve the situation.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We never share your name or contact information with anyone. It is optional to sign up for our latest updates and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you would rather not receive emails then you can always keep up to date with us on our Facebook or Instragram pages or our news blog.
