DELIVERY 

All our gift boxes and hampers are personally delivered by Waiheke Couriers and New Zealand Couriers. While we will do all that we can to ensure your gift hamper arrives on time, we do not guarantee arrival on an exact date. Our delivery time frames are a guide and not a guaranteed service. We always advise ordering early, especially at busy periods of the year as couriers can take longer to deliver.

All Rural Addresses

Please allow an extra 1-3 working days for delivery. If you are unsure if your delivery address is rural you can check here

 

We are unable to deliver to Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands and Stewart Island.

​​Delivery Restrictions

The couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or private bag, it must be a physical address. We cannot take responsibility for delivery addresses that you provide which are incorrect.

Delivery of gifts containing alcohol

By law we cannot sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years. When ordering one of our gifts containing alcohol you are confirming that both you and the recipient are both aged 18 years or over.  Gifts containing alcohol will be sent with a 'signature required'. This means someone over 18 must be there to sign for the gift. If there is no one home to receive the parcel a “Card to Call” will be left by the courier with details of how to collect the gift.

If you would prefer to give the courier the authority to leave the parcel without a signature in a safe place, please add these details in the “add a note” section in your cart.

Delivery will be deemed to have been made when it is left at the nominated address or when a "Card to Call"  has been left.

Please note alcohol cannot be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day as this is New Zealand law.  

  

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery, but we can deliver it to your New Zealand address  so that you can organise international postage.
